Me-Made-March ....Finally

I pledged to wear self made in March and I had not done it yet, I realized that I like to make elegant dressy clothes and right now I have nowhere special to go.
Today I wore my self-made African lace dress with my thrifted purse and favotite coat.


I had forgotten how much fun the self-timer feature on my camera was!!

    What a great outfit--the dress looks like a really good pairing of fabric and cut. I really like the edges of the sleeves and the hems. Are they the selvages of the fabric, since you said it's lace?

    Hi,
    Thanks for stopping by. The cut of the dress is really simple, I just let the busy fabric do the talking, and yes the sleeves and hem are the selvages of the fabric.
